Chance or if your doing a lot of invention for that type, probability. if the invention is successfull your have an equal chance on all t2 variants.

Start by reading the player guide on manufacturing and bpo research. http://www.eve-online.com/guide/en/g13.asp invention is the 'next' lvl of research, so start learning the basics and read the forum.

My guess is no, and the reason for that is simple: while we are in the pod our brain ages normaly. when we get podded, it makes a perferct copy of the brain. So as your brain cells die, the copy you get when you get clones will also be missing the...
